Where the Success of Kids is our “Mission!”

We welcome you to Mission Valley Elementary’s new website. Our school is one of ten elementary schools in the Tulare City School District located in Tulare, California. Each day, our community members take in the scenic views, beautiful weather, and rich farmland that are the quintessence of California’s Central San Joaquin Valley.

Our school opened in 2007 to students in grades K-6. We are very proud to provide our students a beautiful and modern learning environment. As an extra bonus to our staff and students, we share a community park with our city.

We hope that you will visit our website often. We will always fill it with current information, quick links, schedules, and much more.

A Message from Our Principal

Dear Families,

Welcome to the 2017-2018 school year! I am honored and excited to return for my 5th year as the proud principal of Mission Valley Elementary School. I look forward to another successful year partnering with the staff and community to ensure our students have an exceptional educational experience.

Mission Valley strives to provide a high-quality program that supports the academic, social, and emotional growth of its students. We are proud to offer a challenging educational program, provided by a truly wonderful staff of dedicated teachers, instructional aides, and support specialists. We believe it is important to be connected to the school through positive relationships and a sense of community. Parent and family involvement is vital to your children’s success, and we ask that you continue to play an active role in their education.

Our staff recognizes the role they play in helping your children reach their full potential, and they do not take the responsibility lightly. We truly believe all students can be successful, and this belief drives the work they do on a daily basis.

I am privileged to lead such an outstanding school community, and I look forward to what I know will be both a rewarding and successful year. Please do not hesitate to contact me with questions, concerns, or input at any time.

Proud to be a Wildcat!
